Its not easy to navigate the chaos of life's challenges and find joy. When clients are facing the hardest times of their life, they can feel isolated, alone, and stuck. I partner with clients with a warm, collaborative person-centered and solutions-oriented approach. I hold the space for them to discover a path forward and experience real growth. I have 9 years of life-coaching experience combined with a Master's degree. I have a particular interest in helping support caregivers, who have family members with Alzheimers Disease, any type of cancer or rare disease, and mental health disorders.
